This piece is partially based on the European Fairy traditions, which consider rings of rocks or mushrooms in the forest to be a place where the Fairy realm and the Human realm briefly touch. This piece was meant to evoke that same feeling even when you’re indoors at home. The symbol in the middle is one I created, representing the concept 0f Fairy as a state of being.
